Zube - How to Order

There are two ways of purchasing our products:

• order online
• visit our showroom (large volume customers and by appointment only)

Ordering Online

Minimum order value £36.00 including VAT, excluding postage

Browse our products by category. Select the product and enter the quantity (in multiples of 12/6/3/1 where applicable) you wish to purchase. The item will automatically appear in your shopping basket. Once finished check your basket and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to enter your personal details before being transferred to our secure payment gateway.

First time users can create an account using an email address and creating a password. Select 'EDIT' and enter your details. Please retain your password for future use.

All personal information will be held on our systems in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We will not share your personal details with third parties unless required by Law. We do not store or hold bank card details.

Returning customers can log in using the email address and password previously set. If you cannot remember your password click on the 'forgotten password' link, input your email address and your password will be emailed to you.

Returning customers will be able to view previous orders made for ease of re-ordering. Simply select any items from here to add them to your new order.

For speed we have our Quick Order facility, which you can use to shop by product code. Enter the code for the product and then add these lines to the shopping basket and proceed to checkout once finished.

Our 'Quick Search' facility allows you to search for products using key words, such as, flowers, scrunchie, alice or alice band etc.

Additional Information when ordering online:

We have a minimum order value of £36.00 including VAT.

Orders part finished or in cases where your computer may go offline, your order will automatically be saved in your shopping basket for a considerable time. To retrieve your order when you next log in just click on the shopping basket icon.

You will be sent email confirmation once your order has been processed. You will be sent a further email to confirm your order has been dispatched.

For customers wishing to make large volume orders only, you are welcome to visit our showroom, by appointment only.

How we pack our products

The majority of our products are packed in 12's, which enables us to offer an assortment of colours and styles with some of our products. On occasion we may pack our products in 6's, 4's or 3's or individually. The packing quantity will be shown clearly at the time of placing an order.

Payment

We accept all major credit / debit cards. Payment by card must be processed at the time of placing your order online.  

We regret we cannot accept orders on credit.

Returns Policy:

We are happy to accept faulty of damaged goods for a full refund or credit within 5 days upon receipt of the returned goods and we agree the goods are faulty or damaged. We do not refund postage and packaging costs for returns. We recommend you return goods by Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and retain proof of postage.

We do not offer sale-or-return terms and we cannot accept the return of shop soiled goods.

Please note imitation jewellery will go off colour due it being metal based. Discolouration will depend on its use and the environment in which they are worn and/or stored. We are unable to credit you for goods that have discoloured.
